Check The Items Needed For UNICAL Physical Clearance For Freshers 2016/2017 Session

This is to inform all newly admitted students of University Of Calabar who has accepted the admission offer, that they are hereby required to come along for the physical screening exercise as soon as the school resumes for the 2016/2017 session.
All students are required to come along with the following documents as stated below:

1. UNICAL Statement Of Admissions: Contains Admission Type, Admission Mode, s*x, Course, Faculty, Session. Etc)
2. Admission Notification Slip
3. Birth Certificate
4. Original JAMB Admission Letter
5. Original JAMB Result Slip
6. Letter Of Attestation [Two Copies Precisely]
7. L.G.A Identification Letter
8. O'Level Results 
9. Passport Photograph [Two Copies]
10. Student's Profile Slip
11. UNICAL Jack file
12. UNICAL Screening Registration Slip
13. Screening Result
